Modified adjusted gross income (AGI) may not exceed:
- $300,000 for married couples filing jointly or a surviving spouse
- $225,000 for heads of households
- $150,000 for all other filers
The vehicle’s manufacturer suggested retail price (MSRP) can’t exceed:
- $80,000 for vans, sport utility vehicles and pickup trucks
- $55,000 for other vehicles
Used EVs
Up to $4,000
Modified adjusted gross income (AGI) may not exceed:
- $150,000 for married filing jointly or a surviving spouse
- $112,500 for heads of households
- $75,000 for all other filers
Charging Station
Up to $1,000
Tax credit of 30% of the cost, up to $1,000.

Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (“MSRP”) below $55,000 are eligible for a $2,000 incentive.
At a date to be determined in Fall 2024, an additional income-based incentive of $2,000 will be available to prequalified income-eligible applicants for a total of $4,000.
Charging Station
Up to $250
For the purchase and installation of eligible charging stations
Sales Tax
- ZEVs sold between 2004 and September 30, 2024 = 0% sales tax
- ZEVs sold between October 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025 = 3.3125% sales tax
- ZEVs sold after July 1, 2025 = 6.625% sales tax
